Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer of foods capable of evenly drying foods by providing uniform temperature and air flow over the whole area of foods from planar heating elements in a drying room.SOLUTION: A dryer of foods includes a drying room 110 equipped with trays 113 on which foods are put, a suction part 120 arranged at the front side of the outer peripheral surface of the drying room 110 and an exhaust part 130 arranged at the back side of the outer peripheral surface of the drying room 110 oppositely to the suction part 120 and equipped with an exhaust fan. The dryer further includes planar heating elements 111, 112 to emit far-infrared rays each arranged at the top and bottom of the drying room 110. The vertical distance between the planar heating elements 111 and 112 is 350 mm or more and 600 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
