Abstract:
To provide a dryer which inhibits a temperature of a recording medium from being decreased by air being supplied to the recording medium as compared with a case where a heating part for heating the recording medium is not provided, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: A dryer includes: a light radiation part 110 which radiates a moving recording medium with light to evaporate moisture of droplets adhering to the recording medium; a discharge port 121 which is located at a downstream side of the light radiation part in a recording medium moving direction, discharges air supplied to the recording medium, and has a downstream side end part 121A at the downstream side in the recording medium moving direction; and a heating part 170 which heats a portion of the recording medium which is located at an upstream side of the downstream side end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
