Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kerosene fired boiler capable of using biomass fuel as well as fossil fuel in a dryer for drying a drying target using the fossil fuel and the biomass fuel, the dryer capable of ensuring short resident time of the drying target in a dry chamber and drying the drying target with excellent fuel economy in a short time.SOLUTION: In a combustion system firing kerosene as fossil fuel and woodchip pellets as biomass fuel, a combustion burner using the biomass fuel is attached to a combustor for a kerosene fuel burner in the combustion furnace. Flue gas generated by combustion in the combustor using the biomass fuel by a weight ratio of two to five times as high as that of the kerosene fuel is supplied from a flue gas channel to a hot blast heat source. Hot blast at 50°C to 90°C is supplied from the hot blast heat source to a heating target located in an upper portion of a circulation shelf box dryer either by a blower by implementing heat exchange or by partially directly supplying the hot blast from an entire lower portion of the circulation shelf dryer.
