This dryer includes a dryer body, a driving device, the recessed groove and the upper cover. The recessed groove is formed into the ring shape around an upward opening of the dryer body, the upper cover has the taper shape and disposed on an opening of the dryer body in a state that a bottom edge of the upper cover is placed on the recessed groove. As the water droplets condensing on the inner wall can be guided in the dryer, the elongation of a drying time caused by dropping of water droplets onto dried objects can be prevented, which reduces energy loss, keeps high temperature drying sterilization effect, and prevents environmental contamination by a harmful gas. Further the dryer body can be kept at a high temperature by heat insulating effect of a heat insulating member.
