To provide a dryer for uniformly blowing air to hair or the like for drying without difficulties without dripping a liquid such as an agent.

The dryer 1, having a dryer body 3 having a blowing port 4, is provided with: an atomizer 2, in which the liquid such as the agent in a liquid container 9 removably attached to the dryer body 3 is atomized by an ultrasonic oscillator 30 of an ultrasonic vibration unit 7 arranged near the blowing port 4; and a liquid absorbing body 6 arranged around the downstream side of a blowing hole 36 arranged on the downstream side of the ultrasonic oscillator 30 in a unit casing 31 forming the ultrasonic vibration unit 7 and including a blowing passage 6A communicating with the blowing hole 36. Narrow grooves 37 are formed in an inner wall 36A so as to extend from the ultrasonic oscillator 30 toward the liquid absorbing body 6. Thereby, liquid drops generated on the inner wall 36A of the blowing hole 36 are drawn through the narrow grooves 37 by capillary phenomenon and absorbed by the liquid absorbing body 6.
