Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of uniformly drying objects to be dried such as vegetables and fruits.SOLUTION: A supply opening 5A for supplying warm air is formed on a top face side of a duct shelf 5 for placing objects to be dried, and the duct shelf 5 is utilized as a warm air supply pipe for supplying warm air to the supply opening 5A. Thus significant unevenness of an air volume of warm air supplied to the plurality of objects to be dried placed on the duct shelf 5 can be suppressed. As significant deviation in a temperature distribution in a drying case 3 can be suppressed, a yield rate of finished products can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
