Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of realizing at a low cost a constitution for appropriately heating a vehicle body with near infrared ray lamps even if an inside part of a furnace is kept at a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: A dryer 1 comprises a furnace body 12 where a vehicle body 10 is stored, near infrared ray lamps 42 for applying radiation heat to the vehicle body 10; a cooling part 120 for radiating cooling air acting as incombustible cooling fluid so as to cause electrodes 43 of the near infrared ray lamps 42 to be included in at least a radiation range; a near infrared ray penetration part 110 capable of permeating the near infrared ray from outside of the furnace body 12 to its inside. The near infrared ray lamps 42 are arranged at arranging locations 100 outside the furnace body 12 and adjacent to the near infrared ray penetration part 110 so as to apply radiation heat to the vehicle body 10 placed inside the furnace body 12 through the near infrared ray penetration part 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
