Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always obtain the stable decomposition efficiency and to obtain an excellent oil self-purification function and to merely operate an ultraviolet irradiating body if necessary to obtain an excellent oil self-purification function by irradiating ultraviolet rays to excite and activate a photocatalyst to decompose and vaporize oil stuck on a photocatalyst coating body.
SOLUTION: A dryer is constituted of a dryer body 2 whose cross section is formed almost like a U-shape and in which a reflector 9 is formed on the whole inner surface thereof, a door arranged so as be freely pulled out in the body 2, a rack-shaped chopping board housing part 4 arranged on the lower row side of one side thereof, a hanger part 5 arranged at the upper row of the housing part 4, rack-shaped range hood filter housing parts 6. 7 formed up and down on the other side of the cover, and ultraviolet ray irradiating lamps 8 arranged on both the upper and lower sides of the housing parts 6, 7 and outside the chopping board housing part 4 and the hanger part 5. Therefore, dish towels 10 and a chopping board 11 are dried by warm wind and also are pasteurized by excited light from the ultraviolet ray irradiating lamps 8.
