Title:
DRYING APPARATUS AND ITS DRYING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3659397
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly dry object matter in a negative pressure state by making a heating gas flow alternately in normal and reverse directions through a spindle tube having an inner drum secured thereon so as to solve clogging, thereby allowing continuous operation and sucking the gas in the spindle tube by a vacuum pump.
SOLUTION: An inner drum 11 is fixedly mounted on a spindle tube that is rotated normally and reversely, and an outer drum 10 having a heating structure and a suction tube both provided thereon is freely rotatably provided. A filter is provided across a group of small holes in a partition wall opposite sides of the spindle tube 8. The spindle tube 8 is rotated with an electrical driving mechanism, and both vent holes connected with the opposite ends of the spindle tube includes a solenoid valve EV provided on the tip ends of the vent tubes, which valve is then connected with an upper end of the suction tube 48 of a vacuum pump 45. A soleniod valve equipped branch tube connected with the suction tube is connected with both vent tubes. Hereby, an article to be dried such as yet fresh waste food to be disposed of is normally and reversely rotated and stirred for uniform drying while being heated, and the articles are reuseable as functional foods, manure, feed.
