To obtain a drying apparatus simple in structure, capable of being produced inexpensively and keeping high drying efficiency.
In a drying apparatus, round holes and oval holes 52 are respectively formed to the top surface of a reflecting plate 32 and a reflecting plate holder 34 and the round holes are used for positioning to be fixed by fixing screws while a stepped screws 54 are inserted in the oval holes 52. The stepped screws 54 are fixed to a bracket 48 and the reflecting plate 32 and the reflecting plate holder 34 are suspended through the stepped screws 54 so as to generate backlash in a horizontal direction. By this constitution, since the oval holes of the reflecting plate 32 and the reflecting plate holder 34 moves along the neck parts of the stepped screws 54, the thermal deformation of the reflecting plate 32 and the reflecting plate holder 34 can be prevented.
