Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying control system and the like which can reduce energy used for drying with a simple configuration and is easily applied to an existing device.SOLUTION: A drying control system 1 is used for a dryer 100 having: a plurality of drying units 51, 52 and 53; a plurality of heat exchangers 41, 42 and 43; and a solvent removal device 85 which removes an organic solvent component by burning exhaust 94 from the drying units 51, 52 and 53. The drying control system 1 has: a heat exchanger 2 which generates hot air 12 from external air 11 using exhaust 95 from the solvent removal device 85; a hot air temperature control device 10 which adjusts a temperature of the hot air 14 to a predetermined temperature by mixing the hot air 12 and the external air 13; and dampers 7 and 8. The predetermined temperature is not more than minimum values of set temperatures of the hot air 91, 92 and 93 for the respective drying units 51, 52 and 53. A temperature of the hot air 14 adjusted to the predetermined temperature is increased to the set temperatures of the hot air 91, 92 and 93 for the respective drying units 51, 52 and 53 with the heat exchangers 41, 42 and 43.
