Abstract:
To provide a drying control system or the like for reducing energy consumed by a drying device.
A drying control system 1 provided in a gravure printing machine 10 includes: a dryer 81; an air supply fan 21; an open air forcing fan 22; an exhaust fan 28; a control device 2; and the like. When the control device 2 detects that the air supply fan 21 is in operation and also detects that an impression cylinder 5 is positioned at a withdrawal state and no printing takes place, the device controls the air supply fan 21, the open air forcing fan 22 and the exhaust fan 28 to rotate at a rotation frequency that is lower than the rotation frequency during printing.
