Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying-cum-refrigerating warehouse for concurrently drying and refrigerating farm products, marine products, livestock products and the like rapidly and for defrosting a refrigeration room and ventilating a drying room easily.
SOLUTION: This drying-cum-refrigerating warehouse comprises a housing having at the center thereof a heat pump unit chamber exposed to the atmosphere and at both sides thereof drying-cum-refrigerating chambers A and B, a circulation path communicating with the upper and lower portions of opposed sidewalls of the drying-cum-refrigerating chambers and having a blower at the lower portion thereof, a heat pump system, in which a compressor, a four- way valve and a second condenser provided in the heat pump unit chamber are connected to a first and a second heat exchangers provided above the circulation path through a first pipe and a suction pipe, a second evaporator connected to the first pipe and the second condenser through a second pipe bypassing the first and second heat exchangers, refrigerant flow conversion means provided in the first and second pipes, and a controller for controlling the four- way valve, the refrigerant flow conversion means and the like.
