Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying and deodorizing apparatus which can reduce possibility of leakage of an organic solvent, which is evaporated from a printing object, from a dry room.SOLUTION: A drying and deodorizing apparatus 1 for processing an organic solvent contained in a printing object 5, which is evaporated in a dry room 2, a deodorization room 3. The device 1 includes a differential pressure detection element 20 for measuring a differential pressure inside and outside the dry room 2 in the dry room 2, and further includes in the deodorization room 3: a fan 30 which feeds an exhaust gas 6 from the dry room 2 to the deodorization room 3; a catalyst 50; a pre-heating burner 40 for heating the exhaust gas 6 before flowing into the catalyst 50; and a recurrent heat exchanger 70 which executes heat exchanging between the exhaust gas 6 flowing out from the catalyst 50 and the exhaust gas 6 flowing toward the pre-heating burner 40. A controller 80 decides rotation frequency f of the fan 30 so that a differential pressure measured by the differential pressure detection element 20 becomes such a differential pressure that a negative pressure is generated in the dry room 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
