Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer for extrusion molding by which high quality molding is obtained by extrusion-molding a molding material containing pulp and starch as main components and water.SOLUTION: The dryer for extrusion molding which is used when the molding material containing the pulp and starch as the main components and water is made to pass through the mold to extrusion mold has a flow path 3 which is provided in the vicinity of a molding material leading port 2 of the mold 1 and through which the molding material derived from the molding material leading port 2 is made to pass and a heating part 4 for heating the flow path 3 and an expanding part 5 expanding so as to expand toward the downstream side is provided in the flow path 3 where a surface of the expanding part 5 which is in contact with the molding material is treated so as to make the friction coefficient small to reduce flow resistance.
