Abstract:
To restrict an air flow resulting from a pressure difference between a pressure-reduced space and an outer space.SOLUTION: A dryer 104 comprises: a chamber 401 provided with an opening 402 through which a continuous body 111 passes; a heat roller 404 that heats the continuous body 111 in the chamber 401; and pressure reducing means 406 that reduces a pressure in the chamber 401. Resisting passage means 421 is provided between an opening 402 leading to an internal space 411 serving as a pressure reducing space in the chamber 401 and a space 412 outside the chamber 401. The resisting passage means 21 has a resisting passage 422 leading to the opening 402 and through which the continuous body 111 is passed. The resisting passage 422 is a passage that resists air flowing toward the internal space 411 of the chamber 401 from the space 412 outside the chamber 401.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
