Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the interference of a sideview mirror and a fender mirror that are projected from the side surface of a vehicle with the side nozzle of a car washing machine.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where a vehicle V is dried by means of a top nozzle and side nozzles while a traveling frame 1 is returned in the left direction as shown in the figure, when the top nozzle reaches the position 10C and a vehicle detecting means 27L on the lower side that is elevated or lowered with the top nozzle detects the windshield of the vehicle V, the side nozzle 20C is shunted outside between the position 20C and the position 20F, so that it can be avoided interfering with the sideview mirror D. After the top nozzle reaches the position 10D, when a vehicle detecting means 27U on the upper side that is elevated or lowered with the top nozzle in the position 10E detects a fender mirror F, the top nozzle is shunted upward from the position 10E, and the side nozzle is shunted outside from the position 20E, so that it can be avoided interfering with the fender mirror F.
