A conveying means conveys a glass diode on which marking is performed by using ink. A hot-air nozzle is disposed corresponding to a part of the conveying means, and supplies the hot-air from one side toward the glass diode conveyed by the conveying means. A base plate is disposed at an opposite side in the hot-air supply direction through the glass diode, and a part of the hot-air convects toward the glass diode when the glass diode is moved by the conveying means, so that the hot-air is allowed to escape when the conveying means is stopped.
