Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a drying device, for drying a sample containing a liquid component, while achieving high drying efficient.SOLUTION: A drying device 1 comprises: a heating tank 11 which has a first opening 111 and a carry-in opening 112; a cooling tank 12 which has a second opening 121 and a discharge opening 122; an adjustment section 13 which adjust atmospheres in the heating tank 11 and the cooling tank 12; an opening-closing structure 14 which is arranged between the heating tank 11 and the cooling tank 12 and opens or closes the first opening 111 and the second opening 121; and a conveyance section 18 which conveys a sample from the heating tank 11 to the cooling tank 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
