Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of controlling the temperature and the humidity of a gas flow supplied to each cylindrical helical dryer (consequently, the temperature and the humidity of the discharged gas flow) respectively in every dryer.
SOLUTION: The drying device has a housing, in which at least the cylindrical helical dryers 6 each for discharging the supplied gas flow for drying from a gas flow jetting surface arranged on the outer periphery and supplying to an object to be dried and an axial fans 5 connected to the inlet side of the helical dryer are incorporated, the gas flow discharged into the housing from the helical dryer is sucked in the housing to be supplied again to the helical dryer to be circulated by the axial fan and a part of the gas flow sucked by the axial fan divides the gas flow discharged from the helical dryer and is decreased in the dew point by a dehumidifying equipment 1 outside the housing to form a dew point decreased gas flow.
