Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying furnace for coating capable of inhibiting generation of defectives.SOLUTION: In a drying furnace 10 for coating, a circulation passage 15 for supplying air heated by a burner 25 in a circulating manner is connected to a drying chamber 11 to which a coated workpiece W is supplied. The circulation passage 15 includes: a flame holding cylinder 26 for surrounding a flame of a burner 25; and a casing 30 surrounding the flame holding cylinder 26 from the outer side and extending from the flame holding cylinder 26 toward the tip side. The casing 30 includes a low-temperature air introduction port 33 for introducing low-temperature air L from outside into the casing 30, and a tip of the casing includes a discharge port 51A for discharging high-temperature air H heated by the burner 25 and the low-temperature air L to the circulation passage 15. A mixing mechanism 50 for mixing the high-temperature air H and the low-temperature air L before they are discharged from the discharge port 51A with each other is formed in the casing 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
