Abstract:
To provide a drying furnace capable of efficiently raising the temperature of a work with small energy and drying the work in a short time.
This drying furnace 1 dries a surface of the work 2 by blowing the hot air to the conveyed work 2. The drying furnace 1 comprises a furnace shell 3 and a hot air supply duct 11. The furnace shell 3 defines a work conveying space S1. The hot air supply duct 11 is provided with a blowout port 12 for blowing out the hot air to the work conveying space S1. The hot air supply duct 11 is mounted outside the work conveying space S1. The work conveying space S1 is gradually narrowed toward an upper part at least in an upper half area of the furnace shell 3.
