To provide a method for more efficiently performing the drying of conductive paste printed on a body to be printed by a small space.
The drying device 10 of the conductive paste consists of an accumulating part 16 for retaining a band-like film 14 printed with the conductive paste 12, a drying furnace 18 for drying the conductive paste 12 printed on the film 14 taken in from the accumulating part 16 and a take-up part 20 for taking up the film 14 taken out of the drying furnace 18. This drying device 10 makes a drying method including a step for taking the film 14 printed with the conductive paste 12 in the drying furnace 18, a step for circulating hot air in the drying furnace 18 and a step for irradiating far infrared rays over the film 14 from its rear side in the drying furnace 18 possible.
