To uniformly dry an object to be dried by opening a ventilation hole consisting of a number of small holes on a support dish and discharging an agitation gas from the lower part of the ventilation hole toward the object to be dried being accommodated in the support dish for moving the object.

A drying dish 6 is constituted of a support dish 6a at the lowest part, a support dish 6b for placing an object to be dried at a middle position, and a lid 6c for covering the upper surface of the support dish 6b. In this case, the support dish 6b is constituted of a porous plate where a ventilation hole 6e consisting of a number of small holes is opened, a grip is provided at a flange being formed at its surrounding, an agitation gas such as hot air being discharged from a nozzle 7b is passed through the ventilation hole 6e, and an object to be dried is moved. The agitation gas turns over the object to be dried on the support dish 6b, prevents biasing, scatters the object and is obtained by pressurizing hot air in a drying room with a compressor or a blower or is a heated gas being supplied from another compression gas supply source, thus uniformly drying the object to be dried.
