Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for drying particle dispersion liquid and a drying method in which particle dispersion liquid is dried under reduced pressure and particle is recovered efficiently and easily.SOLUTION: A method for drying particle dispersion liquid of this invention comprises the steps of feeding particle dispersion liquid for feeding particle dispersion liquid having particle with a size of sub-micron or less dispersed in solvent into a drying column; feeding carbonic acid gas into the drying column in such a way that it shows a limit pressure or more in a mixing system at the upper-most part of the drying column for carbonic acid gas or solvent of particle dispersion liquid resolved in carbonic acid gas; adjusting each of temperatures in the drying column through two or more temperature adjusting mechanisms in a vertical direction of the drying column while keeping a pressure condition at the carbonic acid gas feeding step and discharging carbonic acid gas molten by solvent at the discharging part arranged at the upper part of the drying column to replace it; and drying it in reduced pressure while keeping an entire drying column after replacing step at a limit temperature or more in single phase of carbonic acid gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
