To stably discharge all amount of particles containing polyolefin to the outside of a drying container.SOLUTION: A drying method of particles containing a polyolefin includes a drying step for supplying particles containing the polyolefin to a drying container to dry the particles containing the polyolefin in the drying container, and in the drying step, a value obtained by the following formula (a) is -0.20 or more and 1.05 or less.
