Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out proper estimation of weight to be additionally charged in grain drying treatment in storage bins over a long period.
SOLUTION: Plural bins 11 for receiving grains and retaining or storing the grains are arranged and composed so as to feed air for drying thereto. The successively fed grains are mixed with grains during the drying or dried grains and slowly dried. In the bins 11, an additional weight determined from the air flow ratio at the limit so as not deteriorate the quality of the grains and the relationship of the superficial velocity/deposited weight is outputted as information about receiving estimation. Otherwise, an estimated moisture content obtained by mixing the already filled grains with newly added grains is preset to thereby compare the required additional weight with the additional weight determined from the air flow ratio at the limit so as not to deteriorate the quality of the grains and the relationship of the superficial velocity/deposited weight. As a result, whichever smaller of the weights is used as a receivable weight and outputted as information about the receiving estimation.
