Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a drying system adaptable for products of many shapes by providing a device transporting the plate means to a processing point with a conveyor for coating the products with a means for transporting many plates through a drier section. CONSTITUTION: Tablets 10 are distributively fed to many tablet holders 30 arranged on a plate 50 from a feeder 80, and the plate 50 holding the tablets 10 is conveyed to the position of a vacuum chamber 60 arranged at a dipping point and capable of mesh-holding the plate 50 by a grabber means. Many vacuum tubes are vertically moved in relation with many tablet holders 30 on the plate 50 to suck and hold the tablets 10 in the tablet holders 30, and the vacuum chamber 60 is inverted in this state. The tablets 10 held by the vacuum tubes are dipped in a gelatin coating material in a dipping tank 124 after inversion. The vacuum chamber 60 is inverted again, and the plate 50 is vertically moved by a drier 130 to dry the coating material.
