This invention relates to a drying system comprising a drying device X including a drying chamber 1 in which an object D to be dried is dried through blown air, a heating part 2 connected to the drying chamber 1 so as to heat gas, and a gas amount adjustment part 3 and/or 4 for adjusting a gas amount into the system; and a control device Y connected to the drying device X. The drying device X has a humidity sensor H for measuring a humidity of gas passed through the heating part 2 and a temperature sensor T for measuring a temperature of gas passed through the heating part 2. The control device Y includes a gas amount control part 300 for controlling the gas amount adjustment part 3 and/or 4 in such a way that a humidity measured by the humidity sensor H may become a prescribed value, and a heating temperature control part 200 for controlling the heating part 2 in such a way that a temperature measured by the temperature sensor T may fall in a prescribed temperature range.
