To provide a drying system capable of reducing drying unevenness while saving energy.
A drying system 100 is a drying system for a body 104 to be dried, and includes: a temperature/humidity sensor 112 which detects humidity in an interior space 102 where the body to be dried is placed; a circulation fan 140 which circulates air in the interior space; a heat pump 120 which heats the air to be circulated; and a control part 150 which controls a circulated air volume by the circulation fan and a heat quantity by the heat pump based on the humidity detected by the temperature/humidity sensor. The control part performs a first operation mode in which the heat quantity is charged to the interior space, and transited to a second operation mode in which the charged heat quantity is suppressed and the circulation air volume is increased when a rise in humidity in the interior space stops for a predetermined time in the first operation mode.
