To provide a drying treatment device of finely and uniformly pulverizing even swine having thick and strong bones such as heads and independently disposing swine killed due to infection with foot-and-mouth disease or the like for each piggery of the swine with the disease.

The drying treatment device includes: a treatment chamber (3) having end walls on both ends, a feed part, and a discharge part; an agitating body (4) provided in the treatment chamber (3); a heating chamber for heating the treatment chamber (3); and a combustion chamber for sending heated air to the heating chamber to heat the treatment chamber (3), introducing the treatment gas of the treatment chamber (3), and secondarily burning it for deodorization. The agitating body (4) includes a rotary shaft (40) driven in normal and reverse rotating directions, feed and agitation parts (43, 44) for feeding an object to be treated to one side in the treatment chamber (3) while agitating it, and a retaining part (45) for preventing the object from moving in the opposite direction. A blade part (450) for cutting or crushing the object is formed on the outer peripheral part of the retaining part (45), and a predetermined number of cut parts (451) is formed at the blade part (450).
