Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten time of switching from an on-line machine to a stand-by machine in the case of fault occurrence.
CONSTITUTION: When a #1 on-line machine 12 makes a communication with a #2 on-line machine 13, user programs 5a and 5b are normally stored in a storage device 9 and if a fault occurs on the #1 on-line machine 12, the user program 5a of the failed #1 on-line machine 12 is taken out of the storage device 9 to enable the #2 on-line machine 13 and stand-by machine 14 to have a communication, so time of switching from the on-line machine to the stand-by machine can be shortened in case of the fault occurrence.
