To control a discrepancy between an air/fuel ratio after correction and an actual air/fuel ratio at the switching of the fuel used in a dual fuel engine 1 which can be driven by switching fuel for use selectively between hydrogen and gasoline.
At the time of the performance of air/fuel ratio feedback control, a correction means 6 corrects the value detected by a means of detecting an air/fuel ratio by a correction value for the use of hydrogen when hydrogen is used, and corrects the value detected by a means of detecting an air/fuel ratio by a corrected value for the use of gasoline when gasoline is used. After switching the fuel for use from hydrogen to gasoline, or from gasoline to hydrogen, the correction means 6 switches the correction value from the corrected value for the use of hydrogen to the correction value for the use of gasoline, or from the correction value for the use of gasoline to the correction value for the use of hydrogen with a delay of predetermined time.
