Abstract:
To provide a lance of a burner usable to inject a liquid fuel or gaseous fuel into a reheat burner of a sequential combustion gas turbine.SOLUTION: A lance (100) for a burner includes an innermost conduit (150), an intermediate conduit (160) and an outermost conduit (170) in a concentric arrangement. The conduits (150, 160, 170) define respective fluid passages (154, 164 and 174) and respective fuel injection channels (156, 166, 176). Cooling microchannels (200) extend between an inlet of a third fluid passage (174) and an outlet on an outer surface of the outermost conduit (170).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
