Abstract:
To propel a bicycle by rotating a chain by force pressed by both legs since the force is weak only by one leg and a person is easily tired although a conventional bicycle is propelled by rotating a pedal by force descended by one leg.
The pedal of the bicycle is changed to dual-leg pedal pressing type one. A helical shaft is rotated as shown in Fig. 2 and a chain receiving gear is rotated by cooperation of gears 1, 2, 3 to advance the bicycle.
