To improve the cold insulation performance of a flat showcase and to prevent the frost formation of merchandise with a dual type showcase constituted by vertically integrally combining the flat showcase or an open showcase and the flat showcase as an object.
This dual type refrigeration showcase is constituted by integrally combining a reach-in type showcase 1 or a cold air circulation type open showcase for blowing and forming a cold air curtain in the front surface open area of a case main body 2a at the upper part of a cold air circulation type flat showcase 2 for blowing and forming the cold air curtain in the upper surface open area of the case main body 2a. In this case, the upper surface open area of the flat showcase 2 on a lower stage side is covered and the glass door 2e of a sliding operation type is provided there as a transparent upper surface door capable of seeing through the inside of a container. Normally, the door is closed, the intrusion of outdoor air heat and interference with the cold air curtain by leakage cold air on an upper stage showcase side are prevented and the cold insulation performance is improved.
