Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct connection structure capable of reliably connecting a blow-molded duct made of a synthetic resin and a duct made of rubber with each other.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of a first duct 11 made by blow-molding a thermoplastic resin and a second duct 12 made of rubber, a third duct 13 made of a thermoplastic resin is interposed between the first duct 11 and the second duct 12 and, thereby, the first duct, the second duct and the third duct are formed as one hollow duct 1. One end 13a of the third duct 13 is buried into a pipe wall of an end part 12a of the second duct 12 over the whole circumference and is integrated. The other end 13b of the third duct 13 is welded to an end part 11a of the first duct 11 over the whole circumference. The third duct 13 is straight cylindrical and an axial direction length L of such a part that the third duct 13 is not buried into he second duct 12 is desirably set to be one third of a diameter D of the third duct 13 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
