Title:
DUCT JOINT CAPABLE OF BEING CROSSED CROSSWISELY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3128686
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a vertical dimension produced by crossing and the number of members by crossing crosswisely ducts in a ceiling space in a cross shape on the same plane.
CONSTITUTION: There are airtightly connected five parts respectively two circular cylindrical parts 14, 16 forming inlet and outlet sides of dust joints 10, 12, two crosssection conversion parts 15, 17 that change their crosssection from a circular one to a pseudo-elliptical one, and parallel parts 14, 16 coupling between the crosssection conversion parts 15, 17. Central axes 11, 13 of the two circular cylindrical parts 14, 16 are on the same line and pass through the outside of the parallel part 18. The duct thereby joints intersect in a cross- form and are contained with a minimum height in a ceiling for reduction of the ceiling. Since the number of members can be reduced, there are facilitated design, construction, and maintenance.
