Abstract:
To prevent a deterioration in an air exhaust function by predicting stains of an exhaust duct in accordance with demand of cooked products or the like provided in a store and urging the cleaning of the exhaust duct.SOLUTION: A duct management system 2 (a duct management device 26) for managing an exhaust duct (44) includes: cooked product information (a cooked product information source 4) including at least the number of cooking menus; processing means (an information processing unit 6) for converting the cooked product information into stains of the exhaust duct to integrate them, and generating alert information for urging duct cleaning when the integrated value of the stains exceeds a reference value; and alert information presentation means (an alert information presentation unit 8) for presenting the alert information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
