Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct-sweeping apparatus, in which dust adhesion in an exhaust-gas duct of an ash-melting furnace is surely removed to attain a stable operation of the furnace.
SOLUTION: The duct-sweeping apparatus 10 includes a driving shaft 15 pushed in the exhaust-gas duct 2, driving equipment 30 for rotating and axially reciprocating the driving shaft 15. A spiral scraping-blade 20 having an opening to the shaft 15 is provided to the shaft 15 in the exhaust-gas duct 2. The blade 20 is reciprocated, while being rotated in the duct 2 by the driving shaft 15 driven by the driving equipment 30.
