Abstract:
To provide a duct-type register which can be easily and efficiently manufactured at a low cost, its manufacturing method and a metal mold device, in the duct-type register having a spiral flow passage in a duct.SOLUTION: A duct-type register is formed of a screw part 3 in which a spiral flow passage 4 has a spiral wall in a duct part 2 of a duct main body 1. Air from the spiral flow passage 4 is blown through a slit-shaped blowout port 9 formed at an external peripheral face of the duct part 2. The duct main body 1 is constituted by connecting a plurality of one-pitch units 5 to one another in an axial direction. In the one-pitch unit 5, the duct part 2 and the screw part 3 in the duct part 2 are integrally formed of synthetic resins.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
