Next, the needle pipe 3 is drawn out from the tube 5 by a pair of rollers 1, a needle pipe drawing means. It is preferable that the tip end of the needle pipe 3 is already bent by a needle pipe tip end bending means 6 before or after heating. A means for bending the tip end of the needle pipe 3 inserted into a through hole of a roller by the rotation of the roller is preferable as the bending means 6.
