Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily set different interlocking functions with the same camera and to improve the starting force of interlocking photographing by providing plural interlocking modes on the camera and providing a mode setting means selecting any of the interlocking modes.
CONSTITUTION: Two cameras are electrically connected so that they are interlocked. A mode selecting means 1 selecting any of the plural interlocking modes concerning the ways of interlocking, and the mode setting means 2 setting the mode are provided, and an executing means executing an interlocking action in accordance with the set mode. A signal controlling means 11 decides the timing of a release requiring signal outputted outward in accordance with the interlocking mode set at the mode setting means 2, the inputting condition of a timing signal, and the signal from a release sequence controlling means 10 when a release operating means 9 is operated. Thus, the different interlocking functions can be set on the camera, so that the interlocking function in the case of connecting two cameras can be improved.
