To provide a dust adhesion preventing cover for a laundry hanger preventing the adhesion of dust, especially pollens, and capable of providing a sanitarily favorable laundry.

This cover is a bag suspended by a suspension locking part and covering the laundry hanger, in which the laundry is hung from a laundry hanger frame or a pinch part provided in the laundry hanger frame, with the hung laundry except for the suspension locking part. The whole part or a part of this bag is formed of a dust preventing and moisture permeable member composed of a material which prevents the passing of the pollens and dust in air but permeates the moisture.
