PURPOSE: To improve the appearance, prevent the odor from being generated and improve the maintenance by eliminating the refuse without providing anything exposed on the ground part.

CONSTITUTION: A refuse carrier waterway 16 is installed horizontally in a position in the vicinity of the high water level(HWL) of rainwater drainage facilitates 10, and a dust removing part 22 is rotatably installed being inclined between the refuse carrier waterway 16 and the bottom part of the rainwater drainage facilities 10. The refuse in and on the water is carried into the foreign matter carrier waterway 16. A refuse discharge pit 18 is connected to the end part of the refuse carrier waterway 16 so as to let the refuse flow therein from the refuse carrier waterway 16, and the refuse is separated from water so that only the refuse remains in the refuse discharge pit 18.
