The dust collecting device comprises an intake 36 and an outlet 38 disposed on a casing 22, a dust push-out member 52 and a dust take-out part 47 disposed to face each other at positions on the casing 22 different from the intake 36 and the outlet 38, a filter part 32 built in the casing 22 for filtering and accumulating dust by filtering air sucked from the intake 36 in a dust collecting part 57 between the dust push-out member 52 and the dust take-out part 47, a push-out mechanism 51 for moving the dust push-out member 52 toward the dust take-out part 47, and a take-out part cover 48 for opening/closing the dust take-out part 47.
