PURPOSE: To provide the titled dust collecting electrode, constitued so as to equally transmit impact force due to hammering to each element while preventing the weakening of impact force even to an element at a remote point by alternately mounting and fixing dust collecting elements to a pair of mutually opposed connecting beams.

CONSTITUTION: Fixing metal fittings 2 are used at every one at one place to fix elements 1 in one side of a connecting beam 4 at a plurality of places and the elements 1 are arranged between beams 4 but alternately fixed to opposite side beams 4 by spacers 7. In the above mentioned constitution, each element 1 is fixed to either one of a pair of the beams 4 and, therefore, rigidity is reduced to about 1/2 as compared with a conventional fixed structure. That is, when metal fittings 5 to be hammered are impacted by a hammer, said impact force is transmitted to each element 1 from one beam 4 through the beams 4, bolts 6 and the metal fittings 2 and, therefore, the rigidity comes to about 1/2. In addition, the aforementioned impact force is well transmitted even to the element 1 at a remote point and the distribution of hammering acceleration can be uniformized.
