The dust collecting member consists of an integrated molding which is an integration of a previously contracted mat whole cloth with of cured silicone rubber composition. The member comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane which has at least two alkenyl group in one molecule whose viscosity at 25°C is 100-200,000 mm2/sec, (B) organohydrogenpolysiloxane which has at least two hydrogen atoms coupled to a silicon atom in one molecule, (C) 1-1,000 ppm platinum group metallic catalyst as platinum group metal which has 1.0-6.0 hydrogen atoms coupled to the silicon atom per alkenyl group in an (A) component and (D) 5-50 pts.wt. reinforcing dry filler.
