To provide a dust collector for baking molds or the like for making bread which can sanitarily, effectively and continuously perform the cleaning of the inner parts of baking molds to be carried out after finishing the baking process.

The dust collector is provided with a conveying means 12 successively conveying a plurality of baking molds 28 or the like to a predetermined place, a negative pressure generating hood 14 installed at the top of the conveying means 12, covering the top of the baking molds or the like on the conveying means 12, generating negative pressure to the baking molds 28 or the like from above and sucking foreign matters inside the baking molds 28 or the like, and a compressed air jetting means 16 arranged in the inside of the negative pressure generating hood 14 and jetting the compressed air to the inside of the baking molds or the like.
