Abstract:
To secure a gas used for removal of dust regardless of an environment from which dust is removed.SOLUTION: A dust collector 10 includes: a recovery part 20 which recovers a gas existing at the inner side of a working chamber 12 partitioning its interior from its exterior in a state that it is not possible to circulate the gas between the interior and the exterior; and a compression part 22 which compresses the gas recovered by the recovery part 20. Further, the dust collector 10 includes: a jet part 26 which is provided at an exterior space of the working chamber 12 and jets the gas compressed in the compression part 22; and an ionizer part 28 which is provided between the compression part 22 and the jet part 26 and mixes ions into the gas jetted from the jet part 26 in response to a voltage being applied thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
